DocReview
Documents scanned with the Document Scanner will be forwarded via a secure connection to the Document Specialists of the Fraud desk.
After scanning there a 3 result possibilities:
- Green: Document is approved.
- Orange: The scanner detected abnormality in the security features and the document is send to the Fraud desk.
- Red: Document is rejected.
You will receive a feedback within 2 minutes; approved or rejected. There is a report available for all scanned documents.
Most customers use the combination Document Scanner, DocReview and Fraud desk.
In some cases the customer has its own second-line control department, DocReview will mainly be used to:
- Send data to a central environment.
- Second-line control by an external party.
- Transfer to a thirth party.
